Meet Arik Gohl and Our Practitioners
Arik Gohl, LMP-c, MMLT has been an LMP for over 10 years researching, developing teaching and practicing cutting-edge clinical manual therapies. Arik has won the endorsement and respect of DC’s, PT’s, MD’s and a PhD who is one of the top five researchers of musculoskeletal dysfunction in the world.
JoAnn Kovaly, LMP, MMLT, changed careers in 1999 to follow her passion, helping people achieve their fitness and health goals by teaching Pilates. JoAnn is a Pilates Method Alliance “Gold Certified” trainer as well as a massage therapist and Pilates studio owner. More and more while teaching classical Pilates, JoAnn realized the necessary connection of integrating bodywork and Pilates for pain free alignment and movement patterns. With teaching Manual Ligament Therapy – MLT – to other Pilates practitioners and massage therapists, she takes great joy in spreading the satisfaction of offering natural healing and wellness to others.

Carol Preble, LMP, MMLT, comes to Manual Ligament Therapy excited with nine years of massage practice and owner of Breathing Life Massage. Carol has a teaching background of seventeen years with Mountainview Fire and Rescue. She is the senior instructor coordinator running two fire fighter recruit classes per year. Carol is very excited to be involved in instructing the newest and most revolutionary method of bodywork method to come along in years.
